One part civilization, one part wilderness. We present to you, the Bilda Bike Civilderness! This bike was created over two years of thoughtful design trying to encapsulate new consumer tastes and components that had become available in the last several years. While the late 90’s and early 2000’s were dominated by a pursuit for speed and lightweight bikes, the modern era sees a trend towards versatility, adventure…dare I say…FUN! The good old stuff that you used to like about cycling! That’s where the Civilderness comes in!

The Civilderness Urban comes with a mountain-bike-style handlebars for a more upright riding position paired with a set of puncture resistant tires.
This bike comes with a 6061, lightweight aluminum frame, paired with a 4130 chromoly steel fork for shock absorption on the front end. Choose mountain-bike-style handlebars for a more upright riding position. The drop bar option comes with a different handlebar set up and an on-road/off-road tire. Achieve an aerodynamic, and faster position by grasping the lower part, aka, the “drops” of the handlebar”. Grab the upper part of the handlebar and relax your back for a more upright riding posture. Rack mounts for grocery runs or camping, disc brakes for all weather stopping power, and a relaxed geometry for comfortable saddle time.
