Great news! We offer a 7 day return policy for bikes purchased through our website. Returns are accepted for the full product credit if received at our warehouse within 7 days of the date of purchase in the original packaging. The product must still be in retail condition. We unfortunately can not take returns purchased from our retail outlets. Please ask your local Bilda Bike dealer about their individual return policy.
We cannot accept merchandise returns 7 days after the time of purchase.
All returns are subject to a 6% credit card processing fee.
Canceled orders for any reason, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Shipping costs, are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the item(s). For your own protection, we recommend you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. Bilda Bike is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Please ensure the product is repacked in the same manner as you received it to avoid any damages in transit. If the items are not packaged correctly, resulting in damages incurred in transit, those damages will be assessed by the Bilda Bike team and you will receive a refund, less damages incurred in transit.
“Ship To Store” allows you to ship your Bilda Bike purchase directly to an authorized Bilda assembly partner or stocking dealer. When you ship a bike to one of our dealers or assembly partners, the bike will be professionally assembled and tuned upon pickup. If you opt to have your order shipped to one of our partners, please allow 2-3 business days once the order has arrived for assembly. With current order volumes and long repair queues, please call the dealer prior to pickup.

Refunds cannot be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must come with its original packaging and will be subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, damaged by the customer, or with crushed packaging cannot be accepted.
Each Bilda Bike comes with a lifetime warranty to the frame and fork. This is only applicable to the original owner and cannot be transferred to another person(s).
The following parts are NOT covered under any type of warranty: Tires, Grips, Tape, Saddle, Chain, Tubes, Paint, Fenders.
We offer a 1 year warranty for defects on these non consumable parts. Seat Post, Crankset, Pedals, Seat Posts, Wheels, Hubs, Spokes. This warranty only covers defects. BildaBike is NOT liable for replacing damaged parts due to negligence, self-inflicted damage, user error, or neglect.
We will not be liable for consequential damage resulting from damaged or defective parts. Such consequential damage may include but is not limited to the labor to replace the parts, the time the bicycle was not in use, etc.
Limited Remedy: Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Bilda Bike. You will be responsible for labor costs associated with warranty replacements. IN NO EVENT SHALL BILDA BIKE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY DAMAGES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES.

It is STRONGLY advised that you have a professional bicycle mechanic assemble of check over your new bike. Bilda Bike can NOT be held liable for improper assembly. While we do our best to protect our bicycles during shipping, sometimes adjustments need to occur. Bilda Bike is not responsible for the costs of a professional assembly or any adjustments needed to be made by a bicycle mechanic.
