Ship To Store – Assembly Program

BildaBike is now working with retail and assembly partners around the United States, making it easier than ever to have your new bike professionally assembled and tuned!


How does it work?

When you checkout on our website, you will have the option to send your bike directly to a local participating bicycle shop near your location. Simply finish the checkout process, and your bike and any accessories will be shipped to the local shop of your choice. Once the bike arrives, your bicycle will be professionally assembled.

In-Store Pickup

When you select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, you’ll be provided with a list of Bilda Bike “Assembly Partners” near your address. Please note, these shops DO NOT have your bike available in store. When you select “In-Store Pickup”, you are opting to have your bike shipped to the participating assembly partner to be assembled and tuned.

When will my bike be delivered?

We ship all of our bikes from our warehouse in Charleston, SC via FedEx Ground. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. You will be provided a tracking number when your order is ready to ship.

How long will it take for the shop to assemble my bike?

Assembly time will vary based on your local shop’s schedule. When your order is completed, the shop will give you a call to let you know your bike is ready to pick up.

What happens to the accessories I order with my bike?

Any accessories will be shipped to a participating shop to be installed for you.

What do I need to bring to pick up my items from a participating Bilda dealer?

Bring the “Ready for Pick Up” email, which includes the in-store pick-up verification code, as well as your photo ID, and the credit card you used to make your purchase online, as proof of purchase.



Ship To Door

If you opt to have your order shipped to your home, you may do so when you checkout. This option will be available on the “Shipping” page.

Please be aware that bicycles DO NOT come fully assembled and we do require a professional bicycle shop assemble your bike to be eligible for a warranty situation. We don’t require a participating shop or dealer to assemble your bike, so you may take your new bike to any local bicycle shop for assembly. All we require in the event of a warranty is a copy of the receipt from the shop.
